At the start of the game, the player going second gets 3 Evolution Points. When paying an [Evolve] or [Ride] cost, you may use an Evolution Point in lieu of 1 play point by turning it facedown. (Only one can be used per evolution or ride, and you can only activate [Evolve] or [Ride] abilities once per turn.)
